Hazel's Diner is an established neighbourhood breakfast and lunch restaurant in Midtown Toronto, proudly serving our community since 2009.

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you're confident preparing breakfast favourites, thrive in a busy kitchen and take pride in consistently great food, we'd love to hear from you!

• Position: Breakfast Line Cook
• Employment: Permanent
• Hours: 28–36 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Pay: $19–$22/hour + tip-out
•  Start Date: Immediate start available; flexible for the right candidate. 

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to our standards
• Handle egg preparation, griddle cooking and busy breakfast service
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen organization
• Keep your workstation clean and follow food safety standards
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during peak service hours

• Previous professional breakfast or brunch cooking experience is required
• Strong egg station and griddle skills
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with others
• Ability to multitask and maintain quality under pressure
• Availability to work the specified schedule, including weekends
